ICV’s Corporate Services Coordinator is a key person supporting our organisation with administration and management of the operational, facilities, HR and procurement requirements we need to achieve results for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. The Corporate Services Coordinator is based in the National Office in Canberra on a part time basis, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.
Key responsibilities of Corporate Services Coordinator include:
• Managing and advising on operational, facilities and procurement requirements
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Working with other ICV staff to ensure efficient and effective management of facilities (including buildings, property, assets and vehicles).
• Provide support to ICV’s Human Resources contractor.
• Collaborating with the ICV’s Finance team to analyse expenditure and identify effective strategies for reducing operational costs.
• Collaborating with the Chief Financial Officer in the preparation of financial and other reporting.
• Undertaking travel where needed for assigned duties and responsibilities.
